Complaint Procedure

You can send your complaints and feedback to us by writing a letter to the Practice Manager, Allison Hey. 

 

We endeavor to respond to your complaint within three working days of receiving it. The matter will be fully investigated and a written statement of the investigation, with its conclusion, will be sent within ten days of receipt of the complaint.
