If you require a home visit please telephone the surgery in the morning.

If you wish to speak to a doctor/nurse a message can be left with the receptionist and the doctor/nurse will call you back when available.
Please Note: Staff cannot discuss results with patients - you must arrange to see your doctor.
Disabled Access
The Practice has parking and a wheelchair ramp at the side of the building. The practice staff are more than happy to assist you if you encounter any difficulties. Toilet facilities are also available.
