If you are too ill to come to the Surgery, a home visit can be arranged. Doctors will only visit patients if medically indicated - the doctor may ask you to attend the Surgery.
If you require a home visit please telephone the surgery in the morning.
If you wish to speak to a doctor/nurse a message can be left with the receptionist and the doctor/nurse will call you back when available.
Please Note: Staff cannot discuss results with patients - you must arrange to see your doctor.
The Practice has parking and a wheelchair ramp at the side of the building. The practice staff are more than happy to assist you if you encounter any difficulties. Toilet facilities are also available.
If your doctor agrees, you may obtain a repeat prescription by giving 48 hours notice (excluding weekends). Allow extra time for prescriptions which are required by post and include a stamped addressed envelope.
We now offer online repeat prescriptions as an additional service. Please call at the surgery and request to enrol for this service. You will be given a designated pin and ID number to use online. The details of your request will be sent to the surgery by email. Please give 48 hours (excluding weekends) for collection of your prescription.
Requests for repeat prescriptions cannot be taken over the telephone for medico-legal reasons.
